In the Vice Squad , Antoine Delille starts chasing a gangster, Jo Pinelli, a specialist of hold-ups. Jo is in love with Corinne but he keeps on getting his share of the money earned by his ex-wife Jeanette and also Eva.

The latter, in a fit of anger, phones the police and gives them some information.Delille asks Corinne to testify. Due to much shadowing, Jo is prevented from forming his gang for a new attack. Rejected by the underworld, he tries to make the woman he loves, Corinne, leave for Abidjan. Delille has been quicker. Jo is caught in a mouse-trap, in the street.

It is proven that he’s murdered a policeman.
